ok, imagine this: you're half, i dunno, irish (making stuff up, go along with it) and half american. then you're talking to your boyfriend (or girlfriend) and he (or she) mentions that they hate the irish. yep. imagine that.

cause thats what just happened with me and boyfriend. i'm half southern, with the farming, tractors and 'hey ya'll's. thats half of me and i'm damn proud of it. but to hear your bf say, you know i don't really like southern accents, i don't like people from the country. thats like me saying to him, i don't like black people. (just an example, fyi) and then to hear him say, you know it doesn't matter, you don't act like it anyway. what??? you can't even see half of my heritage? we've been together going on 6 months, and you've known me for almost 10 years.

it wouldn't be so bad. but earlier today, i threw my logic out the window, with regards to johnston county (i'll talk more abt that when i'm not so upset), and apparently it decided not to come back. so i'm sitting here, illogical and emotional, listening to my boyfriend bash me and my family. i'm seriously about to cry. and me about to cry over him tells me something i'd rather not know.

this time, its gonna hurt when we break up.
